- Admits members and guest to airline lounge, verifies membership cards, and admits members and guest or denies entry if not entitled to use the lounge
- Directs passengers to departure gates, rest rooms and other terminal facilities
- Answers questions regarding scheduled flights and gates and terminal facilities
- Complies with company policies relating to food safety, food waste, food temperature, waste, hygiene and personal safety
- Stocks all self-ser-vice areas, such as drinks, sandwiches, snacks, etc.
- Removes used glasses and dishes from tables. Picks up after customers, ensuring cleanliness of tables and lounge
- Maintains reception are clean at all times
- Any other duties as assigned by management
